Things That Bring be Joy – Part 2

A while back, I wrote about a few things in my life that especially made me happy. It was a fun post to write sooooo, here’s another one!

Bach Rescue Remedy

Since we are in the thick of cold and cough season, I am ALWAYS looking for ways to avoid those nasty germs. Excessive stress in my life tends to get me sick every time so I’ve looked for a (legal) product to help tame my often jumpy temper, then in turn, keeps me healthy.

Less Stress = Healthy Megan.

Bach Rescue Remedy provides natural stress relief especially in those tense situations. Drop a few drops in your tongue or dissolve is water throughout a stressful day. I can already think a few people that would benefit greatly from this. When I use it regularly, it balances me out. I have truly noticed a difference.

Lemon Larabars

Honestly, this wouldn’t have been my first pick. I normally go for the chocolatey, peanut buttery yummy ones but one day I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried it and oh man was it glad I did! I absolutely love Larabars and now I have to say lemon is my favorite. You can find these bars in most grocery stores and the price isn’t too bad either.

My Electric Toothbrush

It only tickles the first time! I got an electric toothbrush from a White Elephant exchange during Christmas–thanks Dad! I can’t get over how much cleaner my teeth feel. It’s one of those things that I am totally late to the game on, I realize this but man, why didn’t anyone tell me?!? If you’re years behind like me, srsly get an electric toothbrush! Thank me later.

Steeped in (my new toothbrush) the Joy,

Megan
